Free local delivery for all UK domestic order.

Free Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Delivery when order over £85.

International Delivery:

Free Royal Mail Standard Tracked and Signed Delivery when order over £65.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rabbit Forest Jewellery. 

In the event that you change your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy in place to ensure your peace of mind. Our aim is to build trust and confidence, allowing you to shop with assurance that your satisfaction is our priority.

ā€‹Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving an order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging. Personalized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at Customer’s expense.ā€‹ Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for the following products: Custom or personalised orders, ntimate items includes earrings (for health/hygiene reasons), Digital downloads, Conditions of return.

We do not give a refund for used items. All items need to be returned in their original condition, unused, including all packaging. The dispatch items must send back within 30 days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. We are unable to exchange item. Unless faulty, we do not accept exchange for a style of a lower value than of the item originally purchased or different quantity with the original order.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.
